Our story

Built from the ground up.
Literally.

OneCore started in 2003 in South America and came to the United States in 2005, founded by Carlos Aya — a civil engineer and Florida Certified General Contractor.

We began with finish work and decorative concrete pieces, grew into concrete repairs and structural work, and today we build complete high-end homes from the ground up. For about 20 years we have done one thing: build seriously.

A small office team, long-standing relationships with our subcontractors, and hands-on supervision on every jobsite — that is how we work.

Today OneCore is three things under one roof: a boutique construction company, a developer of our own projects, and a licensed Florida real estate brokerage — OneCore Realty & Development.
